Are you like me and glad that 2008 is almost over? 

WOW!!!  It's been a tough year for us Realtors and it seems the only ones that are making money are the ones that are getting the bank owned properties.  But, I have also vowed that 2009 will be different for me. 

While I love my Real Estate and love the people that I work with I figure that here has got to be a better way for me to make some serious cash in 2009.  So, I have began looking at all the possibilities out there.  Been surfing the web, looking at the different programs and have decided upon one that I may give it a shot.  Says it's free so we'll see!

For the rest of you, if I stumble across something that I think is a great thing I'll let you know.  After all, I do believe in sharing and helping other people.  If you've been following me, you know that is what my goal is, to allow someone the same opportunity as myself and to help them along the way as much as I can.  This is a great "NEW YEARS" resolution.  Can you imagine how wonderful the world would be if we all felt this way.

Happy New Year Everyone....Let's hope that 2009 will bring that much needed change we're all looking for and actually
